The Vision Check Machine has been developed to inspect both existing and future products for deviations such as defects, damages, scratches, and irregularities. Products are supplied in bulk, after which the machine performs vision inspections on both sides of each product. Approved products are placed in a box, while rejected products are placed in a reject bin.
Feeding conveyor supplies the Anyfeeder with the correct amount of products.
SCARA robot places products into fixtures.
Fixtures are moved using a Lintrack system.
Two vision systems inspect the products.
Integrated box magazine with capacity for 12 boxes.
Prepared for a wide range of future products.
Minimum of 26 products per minute.
Because the machine operates faster and more accurately than manual inspections, product quality is improved and deviations are detected early. This not only results in higher production quality but also increases production efficiency.
