The Electester has been developed to fully automate the testing of electrical connections. From the customer’s existing conveyor system, the product is transferred into the machine using a product carrier. It is then directed to one of three test stations, where various tests are performed. Rejected products are placed on a buffer conveyor, while approved products are returned to the main conveyor system to continue through the production process.
