Programming Machine.

After manually placing the trays with products into the magazine, the fully automated process of the Programming Machine begins. The products are transferred from the magazine and placed into the fixtures on the indexing table. Various stations located on the indexing table program and inspect the products. At the final station, a code is laser-engraved onto each product, after which a manipulator places the approved products back into the tray and transports rejected products to the reject container.

Functionality.

  • Integrated magazine for automatic tray feeding.

  • Magazine capacity of 2800 to 3500 products.

  • Equipped with dual-buffer station.

  • Interchangeable fixture components for processing different products.

  • High-frequency station validates contact with the correct product.

  • Laser station connected to an exhaust system to extract waste materials.

  • Vision system checks the readability of the laser-engraved code.

  • 10 seconds per product.

Benefits for our customer.

Because of the dual-buffer station, the Programming Machine can operate continuously without interruption. This ensures a constant supply of products, prevents downtime, and maximizes overall output. Additionally, the integrated checks can detect defects at an early stage, preventing defective products from processing further, which saves both time and costs. To further optimize quality monitoring, the laser code on each product ensures reliable traceability, which is essential for both internal audits and customer requirements.
