The Magnetic Bead Extractor (MBE) is a laboratory machine that enables the simultaneous washing of 16 product trays containing DNA samples. Subsequently, components are separated through an extraction process. Once the trays are manually loaded, the fully automated washing and extraction process begins.

Cleaning based on vibration, performed at 1Hz, 10Hz of 20Hz.
Cleaning step can be performed with heating for optimal chemical processing.
Up to approx. 6400 samples per hour.
The MBE is used in laboratories to separate DNA samples from impurities at high throughput. Magnets are used to isolate the DNA, a crucial step in the breeding process. This helps optimize crops and reduce diseases. The MBE can perform up to 12 cleaning steps automatically, saving time and reducing the need for separate equipment. As a result, a significantly higher number of DNA samples can be processed simultaneously.
