The Vial Handling Machine places vials into a tray and dispenses a drop of preservative into each vial. Trays are introduced into the machine from the customer’s existing transport system, while vials are fed in bulk via an elevator hopper. The vials are separated, picked up by a robot, oriented and placed into the tray. Next, the vials are opened on by on, filled with a drop of preservative, and sealed again. Finally, the trays are returned to the existing transport system.
